3. Performance Guarantee

Our SEO performance guarantee states that if no organic search results improvement is achieved within the agreed timeframe, you owe zero dollars for SEO services. This guarantee applies only to SEO services where specific KPIs have been agreed upon in writing.

The guarantee does not apply to:

• Web design and development services
• 3D Virtual Tour services
• Services where client fails to implement recommended changes
• Industries with extreme competition where rankings are inherently volatile
• Clients who terminate services before the agreed measurement period

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner (within 5 business days)
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make timely payments as specified in service agreements

6. Intellectual Property

7. Confidentiality

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• Market Dynamite will provide all completed work products upon final payment
• Access to third-party services and accounts will be transferred to client

10. Revisions and Modifications

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

11. Force Majeure

Market Dynamite shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

12. Modifications to Terms

Market Dynamite reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law
